摘要
采用实验比较法、测试法和数理统计法,对比分析了合肥学院大学体育采用课内外一体化的俱乐部教学形式和普通教学形式对大学生体质影响的实验研究。结果表明:参与体育课程"一体化"的俱乐部模式活动和训练的大学生的体质健康指标明显高于普通教学班。分析其原因是:经常参与体育俱乐部活动的大学生已形成正确的体育动机和锻炼习惯,以及学校为体育俱乐部活动的开展营造了良好的活动氛围和条件。
Using the comparison experimental test method and mathematical statistics, comparative analyses of the experimental study that to adopt the form of sports club and general education of Hefei University students. The results showed that: participation in the activities of the club's training college Students whose physical health indicators were significantly higher than general education classes.An analysis shows the club is involved in the activities or university students have the right motive of sports and exercise habits, as well as the campus has a good atmosphere and conditions for sports activities.
