生物燃料贸易与相关的国际规则:发展中国家的挑战和机遇 被引量：3

摘要 生物燃料对粮食价格、能源安全、气候变化和农业发展等诸多方面具有重大影响,尤其和具有生产生物燃料潜在比较优势的发展中国家相关。生物燃料的产品分类、WTO补贴规则、WTO与《生物安全议定书》的冲突都对生物燃料的生产和国际贸易产生制度性影响,在未来国际谈判中应当有适当回应。
