摘要
本文在分析城市水环境的生态安全规划的现状问题、根源以及与城市规划相应管控手段的基础上,探讨了广州市城市水环境建立水源保护区、自然生态保护区、河涌生态保护廊道的分级保护措施,以及与生态绿地保护相结合划定基本生态控制线,进行统一管理的策略。
