摘要 综述了目前生产轻薄型毛织物的3种方法:高级细支毛生产,单经单纬织造,以及水溶性纤维伴纺生产。详细介绍了每种方法的原理、优缺点,已取得的成果及发展方向,为目前国内市场上生产轻薄型毛织物指明了方向。高级细支毛生产能提高羊毛的使用价值,但成本高,性能变化大;单经单纬织造的方法对原料要求低、成本低,但织造困难,对浆料、设备也有一定的要求;利用水溶性纤维伴纺生产可以降低原料成本,提高织造效率,提升织物档次,是纺织企业开发轻薄型新品种的重要途径之一。 This paper mainly introduced three ways to produce thin woollen fabrics—by senior fine fibers,weaving with a single warp and single weft and spinning with the use of water-soluble fibers.The paper introduced the characteristics of each method,the results have been achieved and the future direction of development so as to chart the direction of the current production of thin fabrics in the domestic market.The production method by senior fine fibers can improve the value of wool,but with a high cost and a changed performance.Weaving with a single warp and single weft have a low request on raw material,low cost,but difficulty on weaving,also have certain require on sizing and equipment.Using soluble fibers can reduce the cost of raw material,raise weaving efficiency,improve fabric quality,and is becoming one of the most important ways of developing lightweight woollen breed for textile enterprises.
