摘要
以聚甲基丙烯酸甲酯(PMMA)为掺杂剂,过硫酸铵(APS)为氧化剂合成PANI/PMMA复合物。该复合物是以PMMA为核,以PANI为表层的新型聚合物,检测表明在室温下对氨气有较好的灵敏度。通过控制变量法,考察了不同制备因素对PANI/PMMA乳液稳定性及其复合材料气敏性能的影响,初步确定了试验中各反应物的用量范围和实验条件:n(DBSA)/n(AN)=1.5,n(APS)/n(AN)=1.2,w(PMMA)/w(AN)=4;聚合时间为18h。
PMMA/PANI composites was synthesized by polymethyl methacrylate (PMMA) as the dopant and ammonium persulfate (APS) as oxidant. The new polymer regarded PMMA as the nuclear and PANI as the surface layer. The results showed that the polymer had a high sensitivity to NH3 under the room temperature. The impact of different factors on the stability of PANI/PMMA emulsion and gas sensitivity property of composites was studied by controlling the variables. The dosage of reactant and experimental conditions were decided preliminary: n(DBSA)/n(AN)= 1.5;n(APS)/ n (AN)=1.2;w (PMMA)/w(AN)=4.
