摘要 用纯化的可溶性重组牛抵抗素蛋白免疫健康家兔,制备了多克隆抗体,并对多克隆抗体进行了纯化、效价测定、特异性检测,初步建立了检测牛抵抗素的间接ELISA方法。 The purified solubility recombinant resistin was used as antigen for immunizing rabbit to obtain resistin polyclonal antibody.The polyclonal antibody was purified,titer and specificity was determined.Then indirect ELISA action for cattle resistin detection was established.
