摘要
针对煤炭关键物料采购工作中存在的供应商数目众多且缺乏定量评定标准的问题,提出运用层次分析法进行关键物料供应商的选择。在建立供应商选择的递阶层次分析模型的基础上,通过构造判断矩阵并计算各层的权重向量,得出目标层权重总排序和总一致性检验结果,并据此评判供应商的优劣。这种将定量分析与定性分析相结合的方法,可极大地增加供应商选择时的科学性。
Accordance with the problems of more suppliers and deficiency on quantitative evaluation standard in purchasing the key materials of coal, this paper propose to select key--material suppliers by using analytical hierarchy process. On the base of building analytic hierarchy model about supplier selection, it concludes that weight sequencing of the target layer and gross consistency test by structuring judgment matrix and calculating weight vector of each layers, and hereby judges the quality of supplier. The way of quantitative analysis combined with qualitative analysis can increase greatly scientific about supplier selection.
