摘要
目的:了解血液透析患者低血压发生与年龄,透析龄的关系,为低血压的防治提供依据。方法:采用回顾性调查的方法。统计2004年5月1日～2006年5月10日,于四川省人民医院血液净化中心行维持性血液透析39例患者,统计透析中低血压和慢性持续性低血压的次数,分析其发生特点。收集这些患者的临床资料和透析相关的参数,包括年龄、透析龄。结果:透析龄>5年的患者透析低血压发生率高于透析龄≤5年(P<0.01);老年组(年龄≥65岁)透析低血压发生率高于对照组(年龄<65岁)(P<0.01)。结论:血液透析患者低血压率发生与年龄,透析龄有关。
Objective：To investigate the incidence of hypotension incidence which occurred differennt age of people. Methods： A retrospective survey methodology. Thirty - nine cases of maintenance hemodialysis were collected from 2002.5. 1 to 2006.5. 10 in the dialysis center of Siehuan Provincial Sichuan, of hypotension, the age,dialysis age of patients were collected, analyse these influence factors. Results ： Hypotension incidence in young patients （under the age of sixty - five years） or with low dialysis age is lower than those old patients or with higer dialysis age. Conclusion ： the age, dialysis age of patients can influence the Intradialytic Hypotension.
