摘要
挤压机穿孔针是穿孔系统的主要部件之一,决定着挤压机所挤压制品的质量。为了提高生产效率,增强挤压产品的精度和性能,文中分析了挤压机在采用固定针挤压和随动针挤压时对穿孔针的影响,研究了挤压机在使用空心锭坯挤压时穿孔针的承载情况;运用ANSYS软件对穿孔针进行静力学分析,非线性接触分析,根据静力学理论和接触单元理论得出穿孔针在使用空心锭坯固定针挤压时的应力状态分布,为穿孔针的设计提供一种更合理、更可靠、更高效的方法和途径。
Piercing rod is one of the most important parts of perforation system. It decides the quality of extrusion products. In order to improve production efficiency, enhance production precision and performance, this paper analyses the aluminum extruder effects of the fixed needle and servo needle to extruder during extruding. Load-bearing is researched in the article when hollow ingot is extruded. Static analysis and non-linear contact analysis are used by ANSYS software to obtains the stress distributing in different stages. The paper provide some method or approach to piereing rod design.
