摘要
各类信息系统在现代战争中的应用越来越广泛,如何评价信息系统的军事应用效能成为了一项重要而困难的工作。针对信息系统的效能评估需求,提出了一种探索性的效能评估方法,给出了信息系统军事应用效能评估的可用框架和一般过程,并通过信息系统支持导弹精确打击的效能评估案例,演示了评估流程。该方法充分结合了模型分析、仿真实验与传统的系统分析经验,将自顶向下探索性分析思想与自底向上仿真实验评估方法进行融合,为信息系统的效能评估提供新的方法论支持。
All kinds of information systems have been used widely for military purpose,but it is difficult to evaluate the value of information systems for operations.Aimed at the requirement of effectiveness evaluation for information systems,a new method based exploratory analysis(EA) is presented,the common process for evaluation is given with 6 steps,then a case of information systems supporting missile precision engagement is demonstrated to show how to use the new method.This method analysises all kinds of results by mathematics models and conventional system analysis experience, and makes a mass of count experiment to get the valuable conclusion, it summarizes the exploratory thought of the top-down and the simulation experiment method of the bottom-up, and provides a new methodology for evaluation of information system.
