摘要
在pH11.0的NH4Cl-NH3.H2O缓冲溶液中,在OP表面活性剂存在下,4-磺酸基苯基重氮氨基偶氮苯能与镉生成2:1红色配合物。配合物的最大吸收峰位于522 nm。镉用量在(0-15)μg/25 mL范围内符合比尔定律,相关系数为0.998,摩尔吸光系数ε=1.88×10^5L.mo^l-1.cm^-1。用拟定方法测定废水中微量镉,结果满意。
In the presence of surfactant OP and in the medium of pH=11.0 NH4Cl-NH3·H2O,4-sulfo-benzenediazoaminoazobenzene forms a red complex with cadmium(Ⅱ).The complex has a maximum absorption at 522 nm.The molar ratio of the reagent to Cd(Ⅱ) is 2 : 1.Beer s law is well obeyed in the range of(0~15) μg/25mL for cadmium,the correlation coefficient is 0.998,and the molar absorptivity ε =1.88×10^5 L · mol^-1 · cm^-1.This method has been applied to the direct determination of cadmium in waste water with satisfactory results.
