摘要
许多甲状腺疾病均与自身免疫反应有关,如Graves病、桥本甲状腺炎和某些甲状腺功能减退症等。然而,自身免疫性甲状腺疾病的免疫抑制治疗却备受争议,传统的治疗仅停留在对症治疗,免疫抑制治疗仅限于出现严重并发症时才可使用。由于长期以来忽视了免疫抑制病因治疗,使得许多本应该使用激素治疗的自身免疫性甲状腺疾病患者得不到及时治疗,甚至丧失了治愈的有利时机。为此,本文就糖皮质激素在自身免疫性甲状腺疾病治疗中的选择和应用加以归纳、总结。
Many thyroid diseases are associated with autoimmune response, such as Graves disease, Hashimoto＇s thy- roiditis, some hypothyroidism, etc. However, immunosuppressive therapy （IST） for autoimmune thyroid diseases （AITD） is controversial, and traditional is merely symptomatic, while IST is limited to severe complications. Many AITD patients have failed to receive timely treatment or even lost the favorable opportunity of cure because of the long - term neglect for IST. To this end, this paper summarizes the choice and application of glucocorticoid hormones in treatment of AITD.
