摘要
目的：为提高食管破裂并发液气胸的诊断及治愈率。方法：介绍６例食管破裂病历，从病史、临床表现、体征进行分析，术中将食管破裂口全层间断缝合，避免了因炎症水肿，层次不清，分层缝合不确切，易致破裂口漏的弊端。结果：５例手术病人均治愈。结论：早期诊断，术中全层间断缝合是有效的治疗方法。
Objective:To improve the diagnostic accordance and the curative ratio of rupture of esophagus complicate with hydropneuno thorax.Method:Introduced 6 cases esophagus complilate with hydropneuno thorax,include history,clinical manifestation and sign.Trade the rupture with full thickness interupted suture to avoid postoperal transdation caused by edma Result:5 case cured with operation all recoverd.Conclusion:Early diagnosis is important and full thickness interupted suture is an effective method.For trade rupture of esophagus complicated with hydropneuno thorax.
