摘要
传统知识的知识产权保护有两种形式,一是积极性的保护形式,二是防御性的保护形式,其中文献化是防御性保护措施中的一种。从古至今的文献化策略主要有:登记制度或文献记载、传统知识数据库、传统知识数字图书馆。基于这些,我国应该有效地选择传统知识保护机构,准确地定位相关文化机构在传统知识保护中的角色和作用。
There are two forms in the protection of traditional knowh：dge Intellectual property, one is positive preservation ,the other is defensive preservation,one of which is literature strategy. The literature strategy includes registration system or literature reeordation, the database of traditional knowledge and the digital library of traditional knowledge from past to now. We should choose effectively the protection mechanism of traditional knowledge and locate accurately the role of these cultural institutions in traditional knowledge protection.
