摘要
阻燃沥青混合料主要用于隧道等有特殊防火要求的路段,而温拌沥青混合料则因为其排放少、环境友好、节约能源而逐步在全球范围内应用。针对隧道的特殊施工环境,采用阻燃温拌混合料可有效降低对施工人员健康的不利影响,同时又能保证隧道使用期内的防火安全,是一种实用的隧道路面混合料类型。结合江西省武吉高速九岭山隧道工程实践,采用APFR阻燃剂和F6温拌液制备了该类混合料,先对其相容性进行了试验研究,根据pH值和烘烤残留物质量间接证明了二者不会产生相互不利影响,其后进行了高温、低温、水损害等试验,证明了其路用性能与普通热拌混合料、Sasobi温拌混合料相比没有显著降低,最后通过实体工程数据,总结了该类混合料施工的主要控制要点。
Antiflaming asphalt mixture is mainly used at special road zones, such as tunnel, with fire-proofing requirement, warm-mix mixture is used globally because of its low-emission, energy-saving and environment-friendliness. At tunnel condition, antiflaming and warm-mix asphalt mixture can lower the bad influences on builder during construction period and ensure the fireproof safety during usage, is very suitable with this situation. Combined with Jiulinshan Tunnel project at Wuji Expressway in Jiangxi Province, tests are operated to verify the consistency, based on comparison of pH and remainder mass after roasting, it is proved that bad influences to each other will not created, then, high-temperature, low-temperature and water-damage experiments are operated, compared with normal hot-mix mixture and warm-mix mixture prepared by Sasobit, its performance is not being weakened, through the analysis of test road data, controlling essentials in construction are concluded.
