摘要
方法:15例血透患者于每次透析后静脉补充肉碱20mg,40天后观察营养指标的变化情况。结果:患者透析并发症减少,血清甘油三酯降低,高密度脂蛋白-胆固醇升高,血红蛋白及前白蛋白升高。
Fifteen hemodialysis patients received up forty days L carnitine infusion (20mg) every post-dialysis,and the variation of nutritional indices was investigated.The result showed that clinical status was improved and dialytic complications were reduced in these patients.Serum concentration of HDL C was significantly elevated,and so did the hemoglobin and serum prealbumin.Significant reduction of serum triglycerides was found in these patients .These result indicated that the supplement of carnitine has favorable effect on the nutritional status of HD patients.
