小切口非超声乳化白内障摘除联合人工晶状体植入术后散光状态分析 被引量:4

摘要 目的分析小切口非超声乳化白内障术摘除联合人工晶状体植入术后手术源性散光的状况,并对手术效果进行评价。方法对198例(206只眼)白内障患者分别于术后1周、1、3、6个月用自动角膜曲率仪测量角膜散光度、轴向及裸眼视力,并比较各组之间差异。结果术后1周(0.42±0.12)、1个月(0.58±0.21)、3个月(0.68±0.13)视力逐渐提升,差异有显著性;6个月(0.60±0.20)组视力与3个月组比较无显著性差异。术后均为顺规性散光,散光度数逐渐减小,1周(+2.34±0.18)、1个月(+1.85±0.20)、3个月(+1.08±0.11)差异有显著性,3个月与6个月(+0.92±0.21)组差异无显著性。视力与散光度数呈正相关,r=0.725。结论小切口非超声乳化白内障术后散光度数逐渐减少,3个月稳定,视力恢复快,简便安全,便于基层开展。 Objective To investigate the effects on surgically induced astigmatism(SIA) in extracapsular cataract extraction(ECCE) and evaluate clinical results.Methods The study included 198 patients (206 eyes).The corneal astigmatism,axises and visua lacuity were observed by automatic corneal curvature instrument at 1 week,1 months,3 months and 6 months after the operation.Results The visua lacuity were significantly different between the groups at 1 week (0.42±0.12),1 month(0.58±0.21),3months (0.68±0.13) after the operation.There was no significant differences between 3 months and 6 months (0.60±0.20) after the operation. Astigmatic axis of all patients are with-the-rule(WTR) astigmatism. The corneal astigmatism were significantly different between the groups at 1 week(﹢2.34±0.18),1 month(﹢1.85±0.20)and 3months(﹢1.08±0.11). The corneal astigmatism were not significantly different between 3 months and 6 months(﹢0.92±0.21). The visua lacuity was positively correlated to the corneal astigmatism (r=0.725).Conclusion After the ECCE,the SIA is gradually decreased to stabilization at the third month and the visua lacuity is easy to recove. The ECCE is safe and convenient,and extensive basic hospital.
