摘要
采用琼脂稀释法测定了5种抗菌剂对201株淋病奈瑟氏球菌的最低抑菌浓度(MIC)。结果检出4株为产β-内酰胺酶菌株(PPNG),对青霉素和四环素的耐药率分别为57.2%和82.6%,其MIC90均已超过耐药界限(MIC=1μg/ml)。35株耐环丙沙星,其中15株同时对青霉素和四环素有耐药性。对大观霉素和头孢曲松的敏感性最高,分别为99%和100%,但检出2株耐大观霉素菌株,头孢曲松MIC50、MIC90明显高于国内外报道。
Minimum inhibitory concentrations (MIC) of antimicrobial agents, penicillin, tetracycline, spectinomycin, ciprofloxacin and ceftriaxone, to 201 strains of Neisseria gonorrhoeae were determined by agar dilution method. Results showed that 4 strains of N.gonorrhoeae produced β lactamase (penicillinase producing Neisseria gonorrhoeae , PPNG); 119(57.2%) and 166(82.6%) were resistant to penicillin (MIC≥1μg/ml) and tetracycline (MIC≥1μg/ml), respectively, and both of the MIC 90 were higher than the resistant standard (MIC≥1μg/ml). Out of 35 ciprofloxacin resistant N.gonorrhoeae strains, 15 strains were multiresistant to penicillin and tetracycline. The susceptibilities to spectinomycin and ceftriaxone were higher, 99% and 100%, respcetively; but present of 2 strains with spectinomycin resistant and ceftriaxone MIC 50 and MIC 90 higher than that reported at home and abroad were particularly noteworthy.
