胺碘酮治疗非瓣膜性心房纤颤42例临床观察

摘要 目的评价口服胺碘酮治疗非瓣膜性心房纤颤的临床疗效及安全性。方法将84例心房纤颤患者随机分为胺碘酮组(n=42)和普罗帕酮组(n=42)。随访时间为1年,比较2组患者转复为窦性心律的时间、阵发性房颤的发作次数和时间。结果胺碘酮组总有效率85.71%明显高于普罗帕酮组66.67%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论口服胺碘酮治疗非瓣膜性心房纤颤是有效、安全的治疗方法。
