摘要
针对目前旅游开发中出现的生态旅游资源遭到破坏等问题,遵循生态因子选取的可计量性、主导性、代表性和超前性原则,采用定性和定量相结合的方法选取地貌、坡度、坡向、植被归一化指数(NDVI)、水域、土地利用类型作为生态敏感性评价的生态因子.采用层次分析法(AHP)确定各生态因子权重.在地理信息系统(G IS)和遥感(RS)支持下获得各生态因子的信息.使用生态敏感性评价模型对营口市生态旅游资源进行生态敏感性评价,将其划分为最敏感区、敏感区、弱敏感区和非敏感区4个等级,并针对不同的敏感区提出相应的生态保护和旅游开发对策,为生态旅游资源的合理开发和可持续利用提供有意义的参考.
In this article, to resolve the problems in eco-tourism planning, such as ecological destruction and so on, with the advanced GIS technology and the factor-overlay method, ecological sensitivity evaluation is taken to assess the eco-tourism resources in Yingkou City, belonging to Liaoning province. Six factors, which are topography, slope, aspect, NDVI, water area and land use type, are taken as the eco-factors of ecological sensitivity evaluation. After obtaining the data of all factors by GIS and RS, the model of Analysis Hierarchy Process is used to confirm each eco-factor' s weighting, and the model of Ecological Sensitivity Evaluation is used to calculate the evaluation result. At last, four classes of ecological sensitivity of eco-tourism resources in Yingkou City ranging from low to high were generated: high sensitivity zone (1642.78 km^2, 30.41%), moderate sensitivity zone (1 131.33 km^2, 20.94% ), low sensitivity zone ( 1 060. 16 km^2 , 19.63% ) and non-sensitivity zone ( 1567.73 km^2, 29.02% ). Advices and countermeasures for different zones are put forward in order to provide valuable references for the sustainable developing of eco-tourism resources in Yingkou City.
