摘要
采用双波长薄层扫描法，首次对木贼选择同一定点、不同采收期所含有效成分———山奈酚进行含量测定。
The content of kaempferol of Equisetum hiemale L.collected from the same place at different collecting periods was determined by the dual wavelenth TLC scanning method.The result showed it had the highest content in September.
