摘要
以实验室保存的红酵母菌为出发菌株,利用紫外诱变的方法,以获取可高效利用玉米浆发酵生产类胡萝卜素的突变株。通过筛选及连续传代实验,确定了1株突变性状能稳定遗传的突变株,其类胡萝卜素产量达到12.98mg/L,比出发菌株提高了41%。
The Rhodotorula strains which preserved in our laboratory was used as parent strain to carry on mutations by UV mutagenesis with the purpose of increasing the yield of carotenoids. One mutant strain was screened out based on selective culturing method and continuous passage experiments, because it has high hereditary stability and meanwhile can produce high amount of carotenoids with the yield of 12.98 mg/L, which was 41% higher than that produced by the parent strain.
