摘要 采用传统的菌种筛选方法,对样品进行了发酵木糖生产酒精的酵母菌的筛选,得到一株能够发酵木糖生产酒精的酵母菌,经初步鉴定为假丝酵母菌。其在木糖含量2%、30℃、100r/min的条件下发酵,酒精产量达到3.10g/L,基本达到了一般野生酵母的水平。再利用其发酵麦糟水解液,乙醇产量最高为4.24g/L。结果表明,Y-4T-1具有抵抗麦糟水解液中的乙酸、糠醛、羟甲基糠醛等抑制物生长的能力,为发酵麦糟生产酒精的进一步研究提供了菌种支持,为生物质燃料生产燃料乙醇的研究提供了新的思路。 Brewer's spent grains is the largest number of by-product in the beer production process, a certain content of fermentable sugars can be obtained after acid hydrolysis and enzymatic treatment, including xylose and glucose. They are the main reducing sugar, which has well cost-effectiveness. In this paper, we screened the yeast which can ferment xylose to ethanol from the natural environment based on traditional strain screening methods, and they were preliminary identified as Candida yeast. The production of ethanol can be up to 3.10 g/L by fermenting xylose at 2% in 30℃, under 100rpm condition, which basically reached to the average level of wild yeast. In order to improve ability of zymolysis, brewer's spent grains hydrolysates were used as well to be fermented. By this way, the maximal ethanol production can be ultimately up to 4.24 g/L. The results showed that the Y-4T-1 can grow and ferment well in the hydrolyzate of the Brewer's spent grains with acetic acid, furfural, hydroxymethyl furfural and other inhibitors, which provided culture support for ethanol fermentation and in the meantime created a new way of thinking for the further study of biomass fuel ethanol.
