摘要
为了提取菠萝皮中多酚,研究了树脂对菠萝皮多酚的吸附和解吸性能。通过对5种树脂进行静态吸附与解吸试验,筛选出的XDA-5树脂具有良好的吸附与解吸性能,最适用于菠萝皮多酚的吸附。其较佳的动态吸附条件为上柱液pH4.5、浓度2.0mg/mL、150mL/h;动态解吸条件为乙醇洗脱浓度70%、洗脱流速80mL/h;在此条件下动态吸附量、动态解吸率与洗脱液含量分别为13.18mg/g、94.18%和3.97mg/mL。
In order to extract polyphenols from pineapple peel, the adsorption and desorption of polyphenol in pineapple peel by macroporous resin was carried out in this study. By carrying on static adsorption and desorption experiments for five different resins, the XDA-5 resin was proved to be most suitable for adsorption of polyphenols in pineapple peel because of its good adsorption and desorption properties. By testing of XDA-5 resin, the optimal dynamic adsorption condition has been determined as follows: pH 4.5 with liquid concentration of 2.0 mg/ml, and flow rate was about 150 mL/h. While the optimal dynamic desorption conditions were determined as well with the result of: ethanol elution concentration 70%, elution flow rate 80mL/h. Under these conditions, the dynamic adsorption, dynamic desorption rate and the elute ability were 13.18 mg/g, 94.18% and 3.97 mg/ml respectively.
