摘要
在对动态刚度激励、齿轮误差激励、啮合冲击激励这三种齿轮传动系统内部动态激励数学公式引用的基础上,利用VB程序语言和ANSYS二次开发编写了相应的计算程序。以某履带车辆的齿轮副为例,进行了齿轮动态激励求解及分析。在保证精度的同时可以减少求解时间,为齿轮传动系统动力学分析降低工作量。
On the base of the deducing of the math formulation of the gear system inner dynamic excitation about dynamic stiffness excitation,gear error excitation and mesh impact excitation,used program language VB and the secondary development of ANSYS to compile the corresponding calculation program. Taking the gear p'air of some vehicle for example ,solved and analyzed the gear dynamic excitation. This can not only assure the precision but also save solution time and decrease the workload for gear transmission dynamics analysis.
