摘要
超声波探伤是无损检测的一种常用方法,无缝钢管的应用十分广泛而大多数企业自动化程度不高,系统是针对圆形管件的自动化系统,具有自动化程度高,操作简便,实用性高等特点。详细阐释了其专用机床关键件的原理、PLC程序设计以及监控软件开发,对后续的非圆截面零件探伤也具备一定的借鉴意义。
Ultrasonic flaw detection is a important way in Non-destructive testing, seamless steel pipe is often applied and the degree of the automation in most of the company is not high. this project isa A utomatic system for cycloidal steel pipe ,which have high automatized degree,easy operation and good practicability. The key part of the appropriative Machine Tool's principle,the PLC and the inspective program are detailed expounded. It has important theoretical and practical significance for further research of the Not-cycloidal part.
