摘要
三峡地下电站引水隧洞上弯段属高速高压水流区,空间结构特殊,对衬砌混凝土质量要求高,因此本项目首次提出采用新型隧洞双曲钢模台车进行衬砌施工的方案。按照台车的浇筑顺序,对不同工况进行了有限元分析,完善了台车的结构设计,提高了双曲钢模台车的可靠性和使用寿命,为工程实践提供了较强的理论支撑。
The upper bend section of the water tunnel of the three gorges subsurface power station is a kind of area of high speed and high pressure. Because of its special spatial structure, the water tunnel requires high quality of lining concrete. According to this, this passage puts forwards new lining construction used by tunnel hyperbolic steel trolley. According to the order of pouring, for different conditions, we make some finite element analysis. This completes the structure design of steel trolley, improves the reliability of hyperbolic steel trolley and service life, so as to provide strong theory support for engineering practice.
