摘要
介绍了水切割机的工作原理、关键技术问题和重要参数的计算方法,分析了针对特定加工对象(如材料的强度、硬度和厚度等)压力、横移速度、喷嘴直径和靶距等参数对切割特性的影响,为水切割机及其加工工艺设计提供了理论依据。
Water jet (WJ) cutting is a new kind of cool cutting technology. Because of lower material loss, lower noise, no-poUution and wide adaptabihty for material, WJ cutting technology attract attention and developed rapidly. In this paper, the working principle, key technology and the calculation method of important parameters about WJ are introduced. The influence of water pressure, transverse motion speed, diameter of nozzle and target distanee on the eutting features for different material strength, hardness and thickness is analyzed, which provide theoretical reference for the optimized design of WJ machine and it machining technology.
