摘要
目的探讨全麻人工流产术后出现苏醒谵妄的原因及护理。方法回顾性总结13例全麻人工流产术后出现苏醒谵妄的临床资料及护理措施。结果13例苏醒谵妄的受术者经过对症处理后,符合门诊麻醉离院标准后允许出院。结论术前注意筛查高危人群,避免诱因可降低苏醒谵妄的发生率。术中术后进行相应的对症处理,有利于患者痊愈。
Objective To discuss nursing and reason for awake delirium after artificial abortion with general anesthesia. Methods To summarize retrospectively the nursing procedures and clinical information of 13 cases for appesaring awake delirium after artificial abortion with general anesthesia. Results 13 patients who have awake deliriurh get expectant treatment they are permitted to leave hospital when they reach the outpatient anesthesia standard of leaving hospital Conclusion It should screen high risk group before operation,avoidind inducement can reduce the occurring rate of awake delirium,Patients can be healed to get expectant treatment during and after operation.
