摘要
辽河石化1Mt/a超稠油延迟焦化装置新鲜水总消耗量约为11.3t/h,新鲜水耗量大,急需出台节水减排措施。为此,提出如下改造方案:①回收装置含油污水并进行净化处理,使其油含量由2000mg/L下降到200mg/L,作为回注的冷焦水使用,既节省新鲜水用量,减少污水排放,实现水资源的循环利用,又可回收部分原油;②优化低压蒸汽系统,回收蒸汽凝结水,降低除盐水用量;③循环水放空塔顶冷却器加装调节蝶阀,节约用水,其他水冷器可通过调节进出口温差实现优化操作;④软化水系统更新水泵和管线,合理调节冷却量,节约软化水。上述方案实施后,焦化装置给水量和排水量都有大幅下降,各类水资源得到充分利用,基本实现冷、切焦水系统新鲜水的零消耗,预计减少新鲜水用量10.2t/h,减少污水排放量1144.8t/d,全年可回收原油1171t,累计实现创效达942.1万元。
The fresh water consumption of PetroChina Liaohe Petrochemical Company's 1Mt/a ultra-thick oil delayed coking unit was very high,about l l.3t per hour.Therefore,water conservation and drainage reduction measures are badly needed for the company.This article presents the following measures to upgrade the unit:① recycling oil-containing sewage and reducing its oil content to 200mg/L from 2000mg/L;the treated water will be used as re-injected coke sewage and recycle water resources cooling water;this will not only save fresh water,reduce the drainage of but will also recover some crude oil;②optimizing the low-pressure steam system to recover steam condensate to reduce the consumption of desalinated water; ③ installing adjusting valves water for the condenser at the top of the circulating water venting coolers by adjusting the temperature difference between inlets pipelines for the demineralized water system and adjusting cooling tower to save water and optimizing other and outlets;④replacing water pumps and capacity to reduce use of demineralized water.As a result of the adoption of these measures,the volumes of water supplied and drained from the coking unit both declined significantly and various sources of water were fully utilized.The cold-coke cut wa- ter system basically does not consume fresh water any longer.10.2t of fresh water is expected to be saved per hour and sewage discharge is expected to drop by 1144.8t per day.In addition,1171t of crude oil could be saved annually.Economic benefits from these measures will total 9.421 million Yuan.
