摘要
农村是我国最广阔、最具潜力的消费市场。疏通流通渠道,对于扩大农村消费、促进社会经济发展具有非常重要的作用。近年来,我国农产品流通体系建设初见成效,但存在的问题仍然很多,流通基础设施不完善,流通方式传统,农村市场环境很差。为更好地疏通流通渠道,必须加强农村基础设施建设,扩大产业链条;建立、发展农村社会化服务体系,进一步整顿、规范市场秩序,发展农村文化教育。此外,还要在疏通流通渠道的基础上,培育农村消费热点,扩大农村消费,促进消费和谐,促进社会主义和谐社会建设。
The rural market is the most potential and broad consumption market. Dredging the circulation channel is of great significance for stimulating consumption in rural areas and promoting social economic development. In recent years, there are some achievement have been made in the construction of China＇s agricultural product circulation system. But, there are some problems with that, such as the imperfect infrastructure, the traditional mode of circulation and the bad rural market environment. To better readjust the circulation channel, we should strengthen construction of rural infrastructure, expand the industrial chain, establish and develop the rural socialized service system, further regulate the market order and develop rural cultural education. Based on readjusting the circulation channel, we should cultivate more growth areas for consumption in rural areas, expand consumption in rural areas, promote harmonious consumption and promote the building of a harmonious socialist society.
