摘要
长期以来,我国大多数闸阀设计和生产单位采用半经验和半理论传统设计方法设计制造闸阀,与先进的国家相比还有一定的差距。为此,提出用计算机进行参数化设计闸阀的思路。在分析对比目前CAD软件中的各种设计方法基础上,详细分析了参数化设计的DXF文件、SCR文件、ADS和Autolisp等4种方法,综合这4种方法的优缺点提出用Autolisp为工具实现参数化设计。各零件的设计为参数驱动的概念模式,可由系列化的尺寸参数驱动产生具体模型,并以阀座为例阐述了构型设计的过程。计算实例说明,采用参数化设计方法,通过输入闸阀的公称通径和最大工作压力,就可自动完成闸阀的设计、图纸的绘制和相关的计算。
An idea of design of gate valves by Palamtrizaion method is proposed. Based on a comparison of CAD softwares,DXF file, SCR file, ADS and Autolisp for paramtrized design are analyzed in detail, and it is recommnded using Au-tolisp to realize the paramtrized design. The design of every component part can be carried out by a parameter drivingconception mode, i. e. obtaining concrete mode by seriate dimensions driving, and ti1e valve seat is taken as an exampleof the design- An example of calculation shows that, with the parametrized design method, by inputting of norminal di-ameter and maximum working pressure of the gate valve, the design of the gate valve, drawing of component parts andrelevant calculation can be carried out automatically.
