摘要
层流冷却控制技术是控制卷曲温度的有效方法,而基于PLC控制的系统具有性能稳定、控制精度高、功能完善等特点。根据系统的数学模型设计了PLC控制系统,介绍了设备配置和系统功能,分析系统在2 500中厚板生产线实际生产中的应用。
Laminar cooling technology is an effective way to control strip coil temperature. The merits of the control system based on PLC are stable performance, high precision and perfect functions and so on. This paper designed PLC control system basing on the mathematical model, Furthermore introduced configuration of the equipment and system functions and applied it to the 2500 mm medium and heavy plate production line.
