摘要
使用磷石膏制硫酸联产水泥,由于磷石膏含有磷、氟和放射性核素等有害物质,其化学组成对水泥熟料的烧制和性能有较大的影响。磷石膏烧制水泥熟料的反应机理较为复杂,使用现有的水泥工业窑炉窑内气氛难以控制,回转窑热利用率较低,熟料质量波动较大。参考国内外先进技术,将石膏脱水、分解及水泥熟料烧成分开进行,才能提高水泥熟料的产质量,实现磷石膏制硫酸联产水泥生产的大型化和现代化。
The phosphogypsum was used to produce sulfuric acid and Portland cement clinker jointly, but the burning heat efficiency and performance of cement clinker could be influenced by the content of harmful impurities such as phosphor, fluorin and radionuclide, etc. The reaction mechanism of burning cement clinker with phosphogypsum was complex and hard to control with the popular rotary kiln; then reduced the heat efficiency and increased the clinker quality fluctuation. Referring to the advanced technologies, the quality and quantity of cement clinker couht be improved with prior dehydration, decomposition of phosphogypsum and burning of clinker separately.
