摘要
连铸生产线上结晶器振动装置中有一个双摇杆机构,为使双摇杆动作一致,开发研制了可调相位齿轮箱,它能够通过转动蜗杆带动差动行星架转动,从而使输入轴与输出轴之间产生一定的相位差,达到调整摇杆位置的目的。
Double rocker mechanism is used in crystal vibrator for continuous casting mold production line. A adjustable phase gear box is developed for the double rocker mechanism motion unanimously. Differential planet carrier of adjustable phase gearbox can be drive by the rotating of worm. Thereby, a certain phase difference between input shaft and output shaft is produced, and the purpose of rocker position adjustment is achieved.
