准晶增强镁、铝基复合材料的研究进展 被引量:5

摘要 综述了利用准晶作为镁、铝合金增强相的研究进展。Mg3Zn6Y准晶的界面能低,与α-Mg基体之间形成稳定的界面结合,在高温变形过程中,准晶本身不发生粗化且可以抑制基体组织演化,因此,Mg3Zn6Y准晶增强变形Mg基复合材料具有中等强度和较高的室温、高温塑性。由于到目前为止发现的Al系稳定准晶都不与Al相共生,准晶增强Al基复合材料主要采用快速凝固的方法和外加的方法制备,如粉末冶金法、机械合金化法和液态搅拌法等。综述了采用以上方法制得的准晶增强Al基复合材料的组织特征及其力学性能。 The investigation of using quasicrystal as reinforcement in Mg and A1 matrix composites is reviewed. The interracial energy of Mg3Zn6Y quasicrystal is low, providing stable interracial bounding with α-Mg matrix. During the deformation process at elevated temperatures, the quasicrystalline particles are stable against coarsening and also they can prohibit microstructural evolution of the α-Mg matrix. As a result, Mg3Zn6 Y quasicrystalline particle rein- forced wrought Mg matrix composites possess moderate strength and high room and elevated temperature ductility. Since no Al-system quasicrystals are found to coexist with Al matrix, Al matrix composites reinforced by quasicrystal- line particles are mainly fabricated by rapid solidification, powder metallurgy, mechanical alloying and melt stirring methods, etc. In this article, the microstructure characteristics and mechanical properties of the quasierystal reinforced AI matrix composites produced by these methods are reviewed.
