摘要
分析了区域高技术产业集群的复杂适应性行为个体,并认为高技术企业、大学或科研机构、专业供应商、政府、金融投资机构等是高技术产业集群的主要存在个体;然后分析了区域高技术产业集群的复杂适应性假设条件,主要包括集群个体的区域主动适应能力、区域多样性变异功能、区域核心优势能力和区域遗传性保存能力;最后分析了区域高技术产业集群的复杂适应性实现机理与过程。
Firstly, this article analyzed the individual of regional high-tech industry cluster＇s complex adaptation, and found that the main existence individual high-tech industry cluster＇s are： high-tech enterprises, university or scientific research institution, specialized supplier, government, finance investment institution and so on. Secondly, it found that the main supposition conditions of regional high-tech industry cluster＇s complex compatible include： individual ability to adapt to regional initiatives, regional variation of functional diversity, and regional capacity and regional core advantages of preservation of genetic capacity. Finally it analyzed of regional the process of high-tech industry to achieve the complexity of the mechanism of adaptation.
