摘要
[目的]研究聚乙二醇(PEG-6000)对辣椒幼苗株高和叶面积的影响。[方法]以干制辣椒杂种一代种子为试材,PEG-6000按重量比(W/V)设0%(CK)、5%、10%和15%4个水平模拟干旱环境,对辣椒幼苗进行处理。[结果]随PEG-6000浓度增加,辣椒幼苗株高呈现出先增加后降低的趋势:与对照相比,5%和10%浓度胁迫下株高分别增加了13.8%和8.8%,15%浓度胁迫下株高则降低了17.4%。辣椒幼苗叶面积随着PEG-6000浓度的递增而递减:与对照相比,5%、10%和15%PEG-6000胁迫下叶面积分别降低了33.8%、58.7%和78.5%。[结论]5%PEG-6000胁迫对辣椒幼苗株高有促进作用;大于10%PEG-6000胁迫对幼苗植株高度有抑制作用;各种PEG-6000浓度均抑制辣椒幼苗叶面积的提高。
[ Objective ]The aim was to research the effects of polyethylene glycol (PEG-6000) on the plant height and leaf area of hot pepper seedlings. [ Method] With the seeds of dry-making hot pepper F1 hybrids as the tested material, the simulation dry environment was simulated by PEG-6000 at 4 levels of 0% (CK) , 5% , 10% and 15% according to weight rate (W/V) to deal with the hot pepper seedlings. [Result] With the increasing of PEG-6000 conch. , the plant height of hot pepper seedlings showed a tendency of first increasing and then decreasing: compared with the CK, the plant height were increased by 13.8% and 8.8% resp. under 5% and 10% eonen, stress and the plant height was decreased by 17.4% under 15% conch, stress. The leaf area of hot pepper seedlings was decreased with the rising of the PEG-6000 concn. : compared with the CK, the leaf area were decreased by 33.8% , 58.7% and 78.5% resp. under 5% , 10% and 15% PEG-6000 stress. [ Conclusion] 5% PEG-6000 stress had a promoting effect on the plant height of hot pepper seedling; more than 10% PEG-6000 stress had a restraining effect on the plant height of seedlings ; all kinds of PEG-6000 cohen, restrained the increase of leaf area of seedlings.
