摘要
对其他工艺条件不变、不同活化时间浸渍的活性炭纤维(ACF)电镜扫描照片进行了图像处理,并对纤维表面的大孔和中孔采用聚类分析方法进行虚拟表征,获得ACF表面孔洞的2个表征量:目标孔洞个数与各孔洞分布比例,以及表征孔洞簇状团聚的聚类结果,此结果可进一步用于孔洞分布的分形计算.通过这些纤维外观的虚拟表征量,可寻求建立生产工艺、虚拟表征指标与纤维性能三者间的关系,以此预测产品性能,指导实际生产.
The SEM photos of activated carbon fibers (ACF), which were impregnated in ditierent activating time but the same other technologic conditions, were image-processed. The large size and middle size holes on the surface of fibers were virtually characterized based on some cluster analysis technology. Two kinds of characterizations have been got: the number of target holes and the proportion among different kinds of holes, and the cluster results, which can be used in calculating the fractal in order to further describe the holes distribution, has also been achieved. The characterizations can be used to build a relationship among producing process parameters, virtual characterization and the fiber properties, thus predict fiber's properties and guide producing process.
