摘要
本文概述了70MHz的0~π调相器的原理和应用,重点介绍了构成0~π调相器的系统设计和部分电路计算以及调试方法等。实践表明,在中心频率为70MHz的系统中,在带宽为40MHz的频带内,在频谱特性对称和不对称的情况下,分别获得系统载波抑制比大于30dB和60dB,负载输出电压峰-峰值为3V。
The principle and applications of 70MHz 0—π phase modulator are briefly described, the system design of 0—π phase modulator, the calculations of partial circuit and debugging methods are mainly presented. The experimental results show that the carrier supression ratio greater than 30dB and 60dB for a sys(?)em with 70MHz central frequency and the frequency band of 40MHz bandwidth are obtained respectively in the case of symmetric and unsymmetric spectrum, and the peak-peak value of load output voltage is 3v.
