摘要
将PVC填料与盘管组合构成高效节能的蒸发式冷凝器成为当前蒸发式冷凝器发展的主流。本文通过对蒸发式冷凝器填料改良并在实际运行中进行对比测试,证明改良后的PVC填料能显著提高蒸发式冷凝器的换热能力,采用高效PVC填料对蒸发式冷凝器进行节能改造,具有深远的现实意义。
In order to get a high efficiency evaporative condenser, the research project was focused on optimization of the design of PVC fill packages and coils. In this paper, the PVC fill package was optimized and tested in practical operation. It was found that the improved PVC fill package could increase the heat transfer efficiency greatly. Selecting high efficiency PVC fill package is a good way to save energy consumption and there is a good practice.
