摘要
使用灰化法处理样品,火焰原子吸收光谱法测定安痛藤中的Zn、Se、Fe、Cu、Ag、Cd的含量.结果表明,除Cd未检出外,安痛藤中的微量元素含量Zn、Se、Fe、Cu、Ag分别为12.192、3.120、56.841、16.340、0.097μg/g,各元素含量由高到低顺序为:Fe,Cu,Zn,Se,Ag,加标回收率为98.2%~106.3%.
The sample was digested by ashing method, Zn,Se,Fe,Cu,Ag and Cd in Cissus assamica Craib were determined using flame atomic absorption spectrometry.The results showed that the contents of trace elements Zn,Se,Fe,Cu and Ag in Cissus assamica Craib as follow 12. 192,3.120,56.841,16.340,0.097μg/g,except Cd was undetected.The sequence of trace element content was Fe, Cu, Zn, Se, Ag from high to lower.The recovery rate by atomic absorption was 98.2% - 106.3%.
