摘要
分别采集60份新疆北疆地区部分规模化猪场疑似感染PCV-2和附红细胞体病死猪的肺脏及血液,利用PCR方法检测PCV-2部分基因序列,瑞氏染色后光学显微镜观察附红细胞体。结果显示,60份肺脏中,PCV-2阳性29份,阳性率为48.3%,60份猪血涂片中42份呈现附红细胞体感染,阳性率为70%。检出PCV-2的阳性猪血中有25份附红细胞体镜检阳性,说明PCV-2与附红细胞体存在共同感染。
60 Lungs infected PCV-2 and 60 blood samples infected Eperythrozoon were collected from died swines in north scale pig farm of Xinjiang. PCR were used to detected PCR-2. Optical microscope were used to identify Eperythrozoon. The finding that PCV-2 positive rate was 48.3% (29/60) and Eperythrozoon positive rate was 70% (42/60). 25 samples of Eperythrozoon are positive in PCV-2 positive swine. Indicate that mix-infection of PCV-2 and Eperythrozoon exist in the swine.
