摘要 我国普通玉米的专用型品种较少,难以满足畜牧业和玉米深加工的需求,因此,加强玉米品质育种研究十分重要。根据营养成分的变化,玉米品质育种分成蛋白质品质育种、碳水化合物品质育种、玉米油品质育种及其他特殊目的的品质育种。结合国外优质蛋白玉米、甜玉米及高油玉米的研究成果,重点阐述我国玉米品质育种的研究进展,介绍其育种方法。通过分析我国玉米品质育种过程中存在的主要问题,提出拓宽种质资源、改进育种方法、重视品质分析、提供政策保障、加大技术宣传等对策,以期为我国玉米品质育种工作提供参考。 China's normal maize for special purpose is of few varieties and it is far from meeting the demand of animal husbandry and maize deep processing. Therefore, it is of vital importance to strengthen the research on maize quality breeding. Maize quality breeding is divided into protein quality breeding, carbohydrate quality breeding, maize oil quality breeding and other special quality breeding in terms of the changes in nutrient cdntent. In light of the abroad research findings in the field of quality protein maize, sweet maize and high-oil maize, this article expound the progress made in this respect in China, presents the relative breeding methods, and makes analysis on the existing problems in this area. Consequently, the author puts forward such countermeasures as widening to germplasm resources, improving breeding methods, emphasizing on variety analysis, offering favorite policies, and enhancing publicity so as to provide insights for future research.
