摘要
传统的机动弥雾机以汽油机为动力源,导致工作状态不稳定。背负式弥雾机虽使用新型汽油机,但因该汽油机内部的磁电机采用无触点装置,使现有的技术设备无法对点火提前角及其他技术指标进行检测,为此,设计出磁电机点火提前角与三针放电测试仪,以满足实际需要。介绍无触点磁电机的工作原理及相关技术指标,设计出无触点磁电机点火提前角及三针放电器测定装置和直流调速装置。实践证明,无触点磁电机点火提前角及三针放电测试仪不仅能进行磁电机的一般出厂试验,而且能将多种试验项目结合起来,适应性强、测试范围广、测试效率和精度高、操作方便、调速稳定,可满足无触点磁电机的测试需要。
The operation of the traditional motor micron sprayer powered by gasoline engine is often unstable. The noncontanct system of the magnetor inside the new type gasoline engine adopted by backpack micron sprayer makes the current technology and equipment impossible to test the ignition advance angel and other technical indexes. Hence, the magneto ignition advance angel and three-wire set discharge tester was invented so as to meet the practical demand. This article deals with the working principle and relative technical indexes of the noncontact magnetor. The determination system and the direct current speed regulating device were designed. The practice has proved that this tester is not only capable of performing delivery test on the magnetors, but capable of combining various tests. The tester can satisfy the testing demand on the noncatct magnetors as it enjoys such advantages as strong adaptability, wide testing range, high efficiency and accuracy, easy to be operated and stable regulating speed.
