摘要
分析了体育学理的内涵与运动技能学习规律及影响因素,并基于"会能度"分类的运动技能对中小学生在学习动作技能时可能产生的影响提出了自己的见解,对体育学理方面的研究提出了一些建议。
This paper first reviewed the connotations of the education theory and physical education theory, learning rules and influencing factors of motor skills by means of literature data, and then some views are put forward based on the possible impact of the classification of mastery degree on the leaning of primary and secondary schools' students during learning sports skills. Hope that this paper can provide a theoretical basis and reference value for physical education reform and give advice to the research into sports theory.
