摘要
目的了解门急诊处方书写质量,调查处方合理用药情况。方法抽取2007年度共计12390张门急诊处方,采用回顾性调查方法进行统计分析。结果用药品种以单一用药和二药联用为主,抗菌药物使用以单联为主,注射剂使用主要为静脉给药方式;书写不规范处方525张,占抽查总处方的4.24%,不合理用药处方552张,占抽查总处方的4.46%。结论处方书写质量与用药情况总体较好,但仍存在一些问题,医务人员应进一步增强责任心,加强学习,药师应充分发挥审核处方的职能,提高处方质量及合理用药水平。
Objective To evaluate the quality of prescriptions in outpatient and emergency departments of our hospital,and to investigate the drug use.Methods A total of 12390 prescriptions in outpatient and emergency departments in 2007 were randomly sampled for analyzing retrospectively.Results Most of the drugs were used singly and combined use of 2.Most of antibiotics were used singly.Intravenous injections were the leading routes of administration.There were 525 nonstandard cases.It occupied 4.24% of the total 12390 cases.There were 552 irrational drug use cases.It occupied 4.46% of total.Conclusions The writing of prescriptions and drug use in the outpatient and emergency departments of our hospital were rational basically,yet there are still some irrational cases.More attention should be attached by doctor;great importance should be attached to the prescription check by pharmacist.
