摘要
介绍一种用于计算稳态汤逊条件下气体放电参数的Boltzmann方程分析法,在169×10-21V·m2≤E/N≤424×10-21V·m2范围对SF6和N2的计算结果与实验测量值吻合,表明了这一算法的有效性。
A Boltzmann equation analysis computing the electron swarm parameters of gases for the steady state Townsend experiment is presented.The calculated results for SF 6 and N 2 at E/N from 169×10 -21 V·m 2 to 424×10 -21 V·m 2 are in good agreement with the measured data,which shows the effectiveness of this method.
