摘要
电站燃煤锅炉的结渣除与煤质本身特性有关外,还与锅炉的结构和运行参数有关。综合考虑锅炉炉膛空气动力场和炉膛温度对结渣的影响,提出用无因次炉膛最高温度和无因次实际切圆直径两项新的结渣判别指标,结合煤质特性4项判别指标一起,利用模糊数学方法建立综合评判模型,以此判别锅炉的结渣倾向。
Besides the coal properties, the slagging in coal- fired boiler furnace is related to the furnace structures and operating pa- rameters. Considering the slagging influence of aerodynamical field and temperature in furnace, two slagging assessment new indexes are put forward-the highest dimensionless furnace temperatare and the dimensionless actual imagenary circle diameter in furnace. In combination with the four indexes of coal properties, the two new indexes are used to set up a com- prehensive slagging assessment model on basis of fuzzy mathematics, this model has been used for prognosis of several large boilers' slagging, giving a good results.
