摘要
胜利油田的水平井钻、完井液开发应用已经有20余年历史,形成多项具有胜利特色的保护油气层的钻、完井液技术。从低密度钻井液、全油基钻井液完井液、保护低渗储层钻井液完井液、非渗透钻井液完井液和特殊的分支井钻井液完井液技术等5个方面进行了阐述。研究发现,在水平井钻、完井液技术中,最重要的是要保持钻井液具有强润滑性能、携岩性和储层保护性。在特强水敏性地层,需要采用全油基钻、完井液体系;在将来的水平井钻、完井液技术中,要特别注意采用全过程欠平衡钻井结合使用低(无)伤害体系;在储层钻进中建议使用专门的储层钻开液,以最大程度保护储层;钻完井后,需要实施高效解堵技术,特别是无伤害解堵技术(免酸洗和自解堵技术)。实施以上技术可以建立有效的储层—油气井通道,实现油气产量最大化。
There has more than 20 years in the development of drilling and completion fluids in Shengli Oilfield and many drilling and completion fluid systems with reservoir protection have been created.This paper mainly introduces 5 kinds of new technology, includes low-density drilling fluid technology,all-oil based drilling and completion fluid technology,clay-free drilling and completion fluid technology,ultra-low permeable drilling and completion fluid technology and special multilateral wells drilling and completion fluid technology.It can be found that,the important performance of drilling and completion fluids in horizontal wells is maintaining high lubrication,well carrying cuttings and benign reservoir protection.All-oil based drilling and completion fluids can be used in ultra-high water sensitive formation drilling.In the future technologies of horizontal drilling and completion fluids,the whole-process underbalanced drilling combining with the high efficient systems of low(no)formation damage should be notified.The drill-in fluid can be used as a new technology when drilling in reservoir formation to protect reservoir maximally.After drilling a well,high efficient block removing technology should be used,especially for the block removing technology with no formation damage(includes avoiding acid cleaning technology and self block removing technology),by which,the efficient passage of reservoir-wellbore can be created and the oil and gas production can be achieved.
